Wo kann ich die Buchungsbestätigung für die anstehende Fahrt herunterladen?
Bestätigung und Ticket einfach hier unter Angabe der Buchungsnummer und E-Mail-Adresse aufrufen, bequem herunterladen und/oder ausdrucken.

Wie kann ich meine Fahrt stornieren oder umbuchen?
Einfach online unter Stornieren & Umbuchen mit Buchungsnummer und E-Mail-Adresse anmelden. Umbuchungen sind dort je nach Verfügbarkeit der alternativen Strecke möglich. Dazu die gebuchte Fahrt gegen Gutschein stornieren und die neue Fahrt einfach unter Verwendung des Gutscheincodes buchen. Eine Stornierung oder Umbuchung per E-Mail oder Telefon ist leider nicht möglich.

Ich habe bei der Buchung vergessen, meinen Gutschein einzulösen.
Der Gutschein bleibt Dir für die nächste FlixBus-Fahrt erhalten. Eine nachträgliche Verrechnung kann leider nicht erfolgen.

Ich möchte nachträglich noch mein Fahrrad hinzu buchen.
Dies ist als Umbuchung des bereits gebuchten Tickets möglich. Melde Dich bitte bei Stornieren & Umbuchen mit Deiner Buchungsnummer und E-Mail-Adresse an. Prüfe vorab, ob die gewünschte Verbindung und die Zahl der benötigten Plätze noch verfügbar sind. Storniere die gebuchte Fahrt gegen Gutschein.
